TWO ADJOINING VILLAS IN HORA PATMOS
The two villas are situated in the town of Chora (Hora).
The 2 houses/villas joined via the garden, totalling 350 square metres are ready to move into with amazing views of the monastery and surrounding area.
Hora is positioned around the Monastery of St John up in the mountain. It’s about a tenminute drive from Skala, the main port area. Hora is a declared UNESCO site which is surrounded by the outstanding beauty
Hora is made up of a labyrinth of picturesque alleyways giving way to two squares. There are also some coffee shops and restaurants as well as a grocer and a butcher.
Villa 1
Built in the 17th Century for a Cretan family it has recently been lovingly restored back to its original splendour.
The house is situated in the heart of Hora opposite the museum. As you enter the main entrance there is a small door in the courtyard leading towards the reception area and then the dining room. Adjoined to the reception area there is a large kitchen area which leads into the garden.
Downstairs there is also a small double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom shower room.
Upstairs there are two further bedrooms one of which with an ensuite bathroom. It has magnificent views overlooking the monastery and garden.
There is a further double bedroom which also has views over the monastery. This room has its own bathroom. Both rooms open onto the veranda with spectacular views.
In the summer months, the house remains cool, however, the house is equipped with air conditioning.

Villa 2
This suite is adjoined onto the other villa via the gardens. However, it is private and has its own entrance.
It consists of its own courtyard and large roof terrace (65 square meters) with sea and monastery views. There is an open plan kitchen and reception area which is ideal for entertaining.
The Byzantine stone staircase will take you to the suite which has a large double bed and ensuite bathroom shower room.
It was restored fully in 2014.
The total size of the house is 103.18 square meters.

The Monastery of Saint John, located on top of a hill above Chora (Hora) is famous for being the location of the vision given to the disciple John in the Book of Revelation in the New Testament, and where the book was written.
