The luxury 5 star hotel project is to create a small Cycladic village with unobstructed views of the Aegean Sea.
The hotel compound will be composed of caved suites (net area 40-50 m2), detached villas (net area 110-150 m2), reception, restaurants, wine bar, cocktail bar, boutique shops, spa resort complimented by swimming pools with a truly unique and stunning open-air theatre. Total capacity will exceed 80 suites and villas all of them having private pools.
For this first project, the land acquired has already reached 40,000 m2 but they will be adding a further area of 17,500 m2. Construction to begin on the 1st September 2021.
The owner aspires to complete a super premium hotel project. The audacious vision he has set out is the following: a hotel, a village and a mini-mall to accompany both of them. The road has already been opened at the top of the hill and will provide quick and exclusive access to the back roads. The complex once developed will rival the luxury hotels like the Four Seasons.
Further luxuries include a private helipad as well as a beach club with 5-star service. There will be 30 rooms for staff in the hotel which is now being built in Ano Mera Village.
