Mr Sotiris Poulengeris has been involved in property sales in the UK, Greece, Cyprus, Spain and France since 1971, always working as an independent Agent.
Hyde Park Agencies was established, by Mr Poulengeris, some 32 years ago (Oct. 1979) and has been operating from the same premises in Queensway W2, ever since. Even though it is a small company, employing six persons, Hyde Park Agencies has an extensive client base and enjoys an excellent reputation for providing honest and reliable advice on most aspects of investments in property.
Hyde Park Agencies are Real Estate Agents dealing with sales of Residential, Hotel, Development and Investment properties. There is also a Lettings department where they manage approximate 100 furnished apartments in Central London. Apart from the company’s day to day sales of residential and other properties, Mr Poulengeris is personally involved in the larger transactions, advising and acting on behalf of either the Vendor or the Purchaser.
